Overhaul Windows

I live in Coogee next to a very busy pub, I had a large national glazing company replace my paper thin glass with a laminated glass to combat the noise. They took over four weeks to complete the job and I was left with boarded up windows! The cost was around $12000 for 4 windows, and they had to call on Darren in the end to get them working with heavier weights, and decent rope!

I decided to have my front elevation done also, and called Darren at Old School Carpentry direct. All the work was completed onsite and inside a week and cost a bit more than a third of the original job for larger windows.

Sash Window Repairs

I would like to highly recommend Darren. We had a double hung window repaired and he arrived on time, in fact he was early, on the day booked and was extremely professional. He covered all surfaces, attended to the work expertly and cleaned up after himself. We can now use the window for the first time in years without having to chock it up. I had previously dealt with another company and they could not give me a time, changed the appointment day three times and then did not even show up to do the work. I was so pleased when I spoke with Darren and my job was organised for the following week. Thank goodness there are still highly skilled, courteous and professional trades people. Sash Windows

Darren restored 2 old sash windows that had not been used for decades. Now they work wonderfully. Darren arrived when he said he would and left the place immaculate. He seems to like what he does and we would certainly use him again

Sash Window Repairs
