Sash Window Repairs

Darren replaced an entire sash window (with new glass too) and all fittings. He repaired 5 windows all up in my house and they are good as new. What a pleasure to have someone who really KNOWS his trade and takes such pride in his work. Funny bloke too! Good on you Darren!

I recently had Darren repair a sash window in my terrace that was completely rotted. After three carpenters failing to show up and one who quoted more than it would cost for a new window I saw Darrens website. He did a beautiful job and even though there were unexpected surprises with some bodgy concreting that made the job take twice as long he did not charge me any more. He also did other rapairs that he noticed around the house without charging me. this is unheard of in Sydney. He was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality carpentry work done at a very cheap price.

Sash Window Repairs and Window Glass Repairs

My window was really badly rotted and pretty much falling apart. Old School Carpentry replaced the sill and some of the sides and overhauld the entire window at the same time. Replacing a few cracked panes of glass. Darren explained the need to weight the windows and adjust the weights accordingly, due to the thicker glass and it all works perfectly, where others waffled.

What a pleasure to watch a master craftsman at his work.

I would have no hesitation with recommending Darren to you. He really knows what he is doing and his renovation of a window that others told us WAS BEYOND REPAIR was restored to a condition that was better than new.
